IQF/ Frozen Fruits & Vegetables

Sweet corn are delightful golden yellow juicy kernels considered as staple food in many parts of the world. Free flowing kernels are separated manually, washed, blanched and dewatered. The acquired product is then passed through individual quick freezer (IQF) or blast freezer at -40°C and then sieved, inspected, packed and passed through metal detector.

IQF French Beans are uniform in size. This IQF French beans are hygienically packaged to keep intact their freshness and ensure a long shelf life.

IQF Green peas are as nutritious as fresh green peas and of very high quality which are hygienically packed and delivered to the customers within the specified time frame. IQF green peas are packed in different sizes as per customer’s requirement, well processed and easy to cook and serve.

IQF mixed vegetables consists of green peas, sweet corn kernels, carrots and French beans, etc. Each vegetable is properly sorted, washed, peeled, sliced and quick frozen to produce a high quality product.

Muskmelon also known as cantaloupe is a spherical shaped fruit with thick greenish-white skin and yellow orange, juicy pulp. Harvested during Apri-July.

A popular Asian vegetable, Baby corn is extracted from regular corn plants that are harvested from standard varieties of sweet field corn just after silk thread has emerged. IQF baby corn is prepared from fresh, non-GMO, tender yellow corn by removing the husk and silk, inspecting and washing, blanching, cooling and at freezing -18°C or below.

Coconut is a very versatile fruit known for its refreshing taste, minerals, antioxidants and high fibre content. Free flowing frozen Coconut dices produced from whole ripe Coconut.

Totapuri Mango is oblong in shape with prominent beak like pointed end and is about 7 inches long. Non GMO, Semi ripened, sorted good Totapuri mangoes are washed, peeled and sliced. Free flowing dices are made from these slices by using the dicer machine. Dices are then passed through the individual Quick Freezer at -40°C and then sieved, inspected, packed and are finally passed through the metal detector. Totapuri Mango is the famous mango found primarily in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
